Users provide consent to receive SMS messages verbally during a live onboarding call with Quinn. During onboarding, users are clearly informed that SMS messages will be sent for service-related purposes and must verbally confirm consent before activation.
After verbal consent is provided, a confirmation SMS may be sent to complete account activation.
